BOOKINGDESK POLICIES

Refund Policy.

How to request a refund for BookingDesk software access purchased through Paddle.

Draft updated: 31 October 2026 · Effective date: [to be confirmed before accepting live payments]

1. Your refund period

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to monthly and annual subscription payments, including renewals, and the £249 one-time lifetime purchase. Each payment has its own 30-day request window.

No usage threshold or requirement to prove a defect applies to this change-of-mind offer. Requests after the window remain subject to Paddle’s refund handling and any rights you have under applicable law.

2. How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net and use Paddle’s buyer support to request a refund. Provide your order reference, purchase date and the email used at checkout so the payment can be located. Never send full card details or passwords.

You can also email ronshipio@gmail.com for assistance forwarding or locating your request. Before live checkout is enabled, this email remains the contact point for refund enquiries. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles the refund itself.

3. Processing and access

Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Timing depends on Paddle and your payment provider; we do not promise a specific settlement time.

A refunded or reversed payment may end the entitlement associated with that payment in accordance with Paddle’s order handling. A refunded lifetime purchase does not retain its permanent grant; other independently valid entitlements remain separate. Account and guest-record deletion is a separate privacy request, not an automatic consequence of a refund.

4. Cancelling a subscription

To stop future charges, cancel renewal through “Manage subscription” on BookingDesk’s Billing page, or request help from Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until then. Cancellation alone does not request a refund for a past payment; submit a separate refund request if needed. Lifetime purchases have no recurring renewal to cancel.

5. Legal rights and scope

This offer is in addition to, and does not limit, statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights or remedies for faulty or misdescribed services. Where mandatory law gives you a longer period or another remedy, those rights remain available. Paddle’s Buyer Terms explain the statutory withdrawal position for immediate digital delivery.

This policy covers BookingDesk software purchases, not restaurant deposits, meals or guest reservations. Test payments do not charge real money and cannot generate a real-money refund. Read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice for related information.
